92% of our buildings are constructed within a safe and controlled manufacturing facility, following safe procedures of work. The requirement to work of height has been removed
Speed
The main part of our buildings are constructed within our factory. Onsite works such as groundworks, run in line with the factory construction to prepare for the arrival of the volumetric units. These works procured simultaneously provide a much quicker delivery time, allowing for a faster return on your investment
Improved recycling, less waste
We are able to considerably reduce the amount of waste we produce as a big part of our construction works take place inside the factory. Findings from the Waste and Resources Action Programme (WRAP) have identified that offsite construction can minimize onsite waste by up to 90%
Reduced Vehicle Movements
As the volumetric units are constructed within our factory and all works are amalgamated to one area, there are much less vehicle movements as opposed to traditional construction
Less disruption on site
Thanks to the offsite factor there is considerably less disruption, noise and disturbance to the neighbouring classrooms and public dwellings
